WORKsHOW 2025 – Impossible is not a fact, it is an opinion.

WORKsHOW2025 The first international conference on flexible work models and the future of work was a blast!

With all speakers and their evidenced- based case studies and market trials, we successfully kick-started the new milestone with a spectacular program:

🟧 From the historical transition from a 6-day workweek to a 5-day week, to the voice of Generation Z and Alpha in the oxford-style debate and the premiere of the report 'Flex_Ability. Gen Z & Gen Alfa. New Era of Work,’ we covered high level evolution of work models until the future of work

🟧 We showcased outstanding evidence based case studies presented by CEOs and Transformation Leaders, and HRD from critical services, media, law firm, technology, and corporations in Poland, Portugal, Germany, and the UK.

🟧 We also discussed the results of field trials involving dozens of companies in the UK and Portugal and mega trends in labour market in Poland

🟧 Speakers joined us from Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, the UK, Portugal, Canada, and Singapore, traveling in Asia🌍 We connected the World to focus on the strategic topics that matter‼️

🟧 The flexible work models discussed included the 4-day workweek, 6-hour workday, 7-hour workday and self-organized teams, along with the latest trends in building workplace as the cultureplace

🟧 The online format in the green studio provided us with excellent conditions for interactive presentations, Q&A sessions with participants, and top-level conference branding
